This system is fully enabled on PC and Xbox. Siege and Clash will both be removed as game modes at the time Slash releases. SMITE is better balanced, a better social experience, and has higher player metrics on 5v5 modes. The mode will be 5v5, but using slightly more Siege mechanics than clash mechanics. It will feature both Maya and Egyptian environments – each tied to the respective bases. As the merging of the best parts of each map is such a primary goal – the name Slash will be sticking. These design conclusions are what compelled us to merge them into one map. The two maps occupy a similar gameplay space in SMITE: Higher Combat, Lower Strategy – but with real lanes, towers, and jungle objectives. Clash had similar issues to be solved using Siege mechanics. When looking at the problems with Siege, the team noticed that many aspects of Clash could be applied to help improve it. We are aiming to create a mode that both Siege mains and Clash mains will enjoy playing. This new map is being designed to feel like both the Siege Rework and the Clash Rework, but at the same time. This map is planned to launch in Q4 2021. The wind turns into thread over 6s damaging, Rooting, and Crippling enemies who are still inside the ring. If Gilgamesh damages an enemy trying to flee they are thrown back towards the center of the ring. Enemies who try to escape the ring are heavily slowed. Enemies inside the ring take wind damage every. Enemies inside this ring when it starts take damage and are slowed for 2s. Gilgamesh calls upon Shamash to create a ring of wind at a target location for 6s. In Tank Phoenix, R - E - W are usually leveled with only one point in Q. No one game will be the same if Udyr is to be optimized appropriately. Udyr tends to be more of a bruiser in this case, leaning on only W or E for third max. 
Hybrid Phoenix & Tiger: This is a leveling path that can be chosen for Aftershock, Conqueror, and Phase Rush. Last item Gargoyle Stoneplate is a great way to round out the build with resistances and bulk in a late game situation. Sterak's Gage, Titanic Hydra and Wit's End synergies very well with this bruiser path. If the composition contains very heavy kiting champions such as Lillia, Lucian, Kindred, etc., I will lean towards Stridebreaker. If they have one "super tank" such as Cho'Gath, Malphite, etc., I will also lean more on Divine Sunderer. Aftershock, Conqueror and Phase Rush are viable.īruiser Phoenix: If Udyr is running bruiser with Conqueror, Phase Rush or Aftershock, I lean on Trinity Force against squishy compositions or Divine Sunderer for compositions with two of more bruisers/tanks. Frostfire Gauntlet is a great tank option as well giving anti-kite, anti-mobility, and health scaling.
Turbo Chemtank has great utility to engage and lockdown targets. Replace Sunfire with Turbo Chemtank if Udyr is very behind or enemy composition has too much mobility such as Lucian and Lillia. Tank Phoenix: If Udyr has to be the front line tank or against heavy crowd control team compositions, I will lean on Sunfire Aegis into Lich Bane.
